Who can Enrol?

• You are entitled enrol in a course if you are a New Zealand resident over 16 years of age and you are not a full-time secondary student.
• In exceptional circumstances, a full-time secondary school student over the age of 16 years, including adult students, may be enrolled in an ACE activity outside normal school hours with the approval of the school Principal/ACE Programme Coordinator.
• A confirmation of enrolment and receipt will either be e-mailed or posted to you.  You will be contacted telephonically if the course for which you wish to enrol is full or cancelled (due to insufficient numbers).
• There are a limited number of enrolments for all courses, so don't delay, enrol today!

Please note that not all classes are held at Long Bay College.  Please ensure that you are aware of the venue where your course will be offered.

Fees

• All fees include GST.  Please do not go to a class without paying.

Refunds

• Enrolment fees are fully refunded if a class is full or fails to start.
• Applications for refunds must be received in writing at least 5 working days before the class starts.  If granted, a $15.00 administration fee will be levied.
• No refunds will be made after a class has commenced.

English for Migrant and Speakers of Other Languages Students

• All new English for Migrant and Speakers of Other Languages students should contact the Adult and Community Education office at the College for an interview appointment before enrolling.  This is to ensure that students are placed in the correct class according to their language ability.
• Non-residents are required to pay a surcharge of 40% in addition to the course fee.  The residents and non-residents fees are stated separately.
