Congratulations to Year 10 student, Chris Benzie who achieved runner up (after very close matches) in the singles and doubles at the Badminton NZ National U15’s recently. Chris is only one of four NZ players who has been selected to take part in the Tier 1 Badminton Oceania development programme over the next four years in preparation for NZ representation at the 2022 Youth Olympic Games and beyond. He will travel to Thailand later this year to attend a two week training camp. Well done Chris!
