The school Athletics Day will be held Friday, February 26. It’s one of the most  fun and colourful days of the year when our entire school comes together to take part in competitive track and field events and fun, social activities. Students earn points for their Houses by taking part.  For every event a student participates in they will earn their house five points. Additional points will be awarded for finishing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in their event.

School begins at 8.45am and students will go to their Atawhai class where the roll will be taken.

Students can arrive at school wearing appropriate sports gear and are encouraged to wear a T-shirt in the colour of their House. There is no need to bring any school work or equipment. Electronic devices will not be required.

It is recommended students bring plenty of water, a hat, sunscreen and their lunch. The canteen will be available for students during the day and some food and treat stalls will be operating as fundraisers.

Students are expected to remain on the main field for the day. At the end of the day students will return to their Atawhai classes for a final roll check before being released at 3.15pm.
