Letters to Strangers is a global youth-run non-profit seeking to destigmatize mental illness. The club is open to anyone who is struggling with mental health or anyone who is passionate about advocating for mental health. L2S is a welcoming and safe environment, where members write anonymous letters, to be exchanged within the club and with other L2S clubs around the country. This is the club’s first year at LBC and there are opportunities to build the club up and establish a safe place for other LBC students to feel heard and as though their “identity is not buried beneath a statistic.”
